8:45 Leave the buildings and walk to designated area.
South will join the North Campus(who have walked from North Campus to walk to
the ceremony area.) Both groups are meeting @ SOUTH Gymnasium.
9:00 Presentation of Flags - American Legion w/other Veterans and K-2 graders with
Seneca Legion Auxiliary
9:05 Pledge of Allegiance -led by 2018 FFA member , _____________;SGS VOICES
members, and K-2 flag bearers.
9:10 National Anthem: sung by WWll veteran and Kasal Post 457 member, Russ
Tendall and his son, SGS graduate and Stanford University professor, Mark Tendall.

9:30 Musical Presentation, "My Wish" (Rascal Flatts) sung by SHS student, Natalie
Arwood; directed and accompanied by SGS music instructor, Mr. Richards.
9:35 Guest Speaker: Pastor Jason Sprinkel
9:40 Military Salute to the Branches of the Armed Forces performed by the SGS Band
under the direction of SGS Band instructor, Ms. Kirk. Branches announced by Mark
Victor .
9:45 Folding of the Flag, passage read by Mr. Mark Victor and flag folded by Seneca
High School FFA members.
9:50 Program moves outside for release of Monarch Butterflies: listen for directions
to move to designated areas. Musical Presentation, “I Hope You Dance”(LeeAnn
Womack)sung by SHS student, Natalie Arwood; directed and accompanied by SGS
music instructor, Mr. Richards.
9:55 Taps of Remembrance / Gun Salute /American Legion. Taps will be played by
SGS student, Cassidy Fosen
10:00 Releasing of butterflies in the front of the SGS South building. Students begin
their Freedom Walk before returning to their class.
