Seneca Grade School’s team successfully competed at the National Fluid Power association’s Fluid Power Action Challenge on Friday. After two months of planning, designing, building, and documenting, Samuel C., Sophia F., Chrissy A., and Mohammad A. took their portfolio to Joliet Junior College where they rebuilt the prototype according to the schematics they had created. Many area 8th grade students spent over four hours creating machines to pick up and move a piece of wood using only hydraulic and pneumatic power. Our SGS team had a great time working together and learned so many new skills. Congratulations on all of your hard work and success?
