The Fourth Grade visited The LaSalle County Historical Society in Utica, IL. There students were able to visit The Aiken Rural School house. Students were able to see what it was like to attend a one room school. The students were also able to visit the Kidd Blacksmith Shop, The Post and Beam Barn, and Canal Warehouse. We had a great time learning about life in the mid 1800's in LaSalle County.
