You will perform routine building maintenance duties, including painting, minor electrical repairs, plumbing, carpentry and monitoring heating, ventilation systems and safety systems. Maintaining the outside ground, including mowing, collecting trash and snow removal duties. Monday thru Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Salary starting at $18.25 with insurance benefits, vacation and sick time.
