YEARBOOK ORDER FORM
If you wish for your child to receive a copy of the Seneca Raider Yearbook, please submit $12.00 and return with the slip below. Checks should be made payable to Seneca Grade School. Please send payment to Attn: Dianne Bushman. You may pay with one check and return one slip per family but please be sure to list each child’s name, grade and homeroom on the slip. Yearbook purchases can also be made on-line at www.sgs170.org using Revtrac payment option.
To insure receiving a copy, return your order slip below no later than Friday, February 16, 2010.
NOTE: This will be your only opportunity to order a copy! No extras will be ordered and we will not be placing any orders after this time.
